Perfomance & Confidence

Life is waiting, Let's start your new chapter....
If you are suffering with Stress, Anxiety or Depression, Solution‑Focused Hypnotherapy offers a practical, uplifting way to create real change by helping you focus on what’s going right, not what’s wrong. Instead of digging through the past, it guides you toward the future you want — calmer days, clearer thinking, better habits, and a stronger sense of control. By combining modern neuroscience with deep relaxation, this approach helps your mind shift out of stress and into possibility, making it easier to break old patterns and build new ones. Many people find that they start feeling lighter, more motivated, and more capable surprisingly quickly. If you’re ready to move forward with confidence, this gentle yet powerful method can help you get there.

Hi, my name is Chris Brooks and If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re not feeling like yourself right now.
You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from your own thoughts.
Maybe you’ve tried different ways to feel better, but nothing has quite worked the way you hoped. It can feel confusing, frustrating, and sometimes even isolating.
I understand that feeling.
For a long time, I struggled with stress and anxiety myself. I tried different approaches, searching for something that would really help me feel calmer, more in control, and able to enjoy life again.
Like many people, I reached a point where I just wanted answers, something that actually worked.
That’s when I discovered solution‑focused hypnotherapy.
It helped me understand how my mind works, why I was feeling the way I did, and most importantly, how to move forward.
Over time, I began to feel calmer, clearer, and more like myself again.
That experience had such a positive impact on me that I decided to train in solution‑focused hypnotherapy, so I could help others who are going through similar struggles.
Today, I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to break, helping them find the same sense of calm, clarity, and control that I was once looking for.
You don’t have to stay feeling this way.

Anxiety & Low Mood
Anxiety and low mood can creep into life quietly, or they can hit suddenly and leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. For many people, it shows up as racing thoughts, constant worry, a sense of dread, or a heaviness that makes even simple tasks feel harder than they should. I understand this deeply because I’ve been there myself. During my years working at the top of the radio industry, I experienced intense anxiety and panic attacks that left me feeling out of control. It was frightening, exhausting, and at times isolating and it took a toll on every part of my life.
Finding my way out of that place changed everything. What helped me most was discovering a different way of working with the mind, one that didn’t require reliving the past or analysing every fear, but instead focused on building a calmer, more resilient future. That approach is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and it’s the structure that helped me rebuild my confidence, reduce anxiety, and regain a sense of balance.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works by helping your brain shift out of survival mode and into a more resourceful, rational state. Through gentle relaxation and forward‑focused conversations, it supports you in creating new patterns of thought, easing the intensity of anxious feelings, and lifting low mood. Instead of getting stuck in what’s going wrong, we work together to identify what’s going right and how to build more of it. Over time, this helps reduce overwhelm, improve emotional stability, and restore a sense of control.
Because I’ve lived through anxiety and panic myself, I don’t just understand the theory, I understand the reality. I know how it feels to wake up with a tight chest, to fear the next wave of panic, or to lose motivation when your mind feels foggy or flat. And I also know that change is possible. With the right support, your mind can learn to settle, your confidence can return, and life can feel lighter again.
If you’re struggling with anxiety or low mood, you’re not alone and you’re not stuck. There is a way forward, and I’m here to help you take those steps.
